This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use our services, including our website at executwin.com and the ExecuTwin application.

Account Information: Name, email address, company name, job title, and billing information provided during registration.
Brain Data: Content you provide to build your digital twin, including interview transcripts, writing samples, voice recordings, social media content, and professional documents.
Usage Data: Interaction logs, feature usage patterns, and performance metrics to improve service quality.
Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies for security and analytics.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to build and operate your AI Executive Twin, personalize your experience, improve our services, communicate with you about your account, process payments, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Brain Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all Brain Data you provide to ExecuTwin. Your digital twin's knowledge base, personality profile, and generated content are your intellectual property. You may request a complete data export or deletion at any time.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including 256-bit AES encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, SOC 2 Type II compliance controls, regular security audits, and role-based access controls. Your Brain Data is stored in isolated, encrypted databases with no cross-tenant access.

6. Third-Party Services

We use select third-party services for payment processing (Stripe), email communications, and infrastructure hosting. These providers are bound by data processing agreements and access only the minimum data necessary to perform their services.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. You may also opt out of marketing communications and restrict certain processing activities. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@stackfast.ai.

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Upon account termination, Brain Data is permanently deleted within 30 days unless a longer retention period is required by law.
