Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ExecuTwin platform and services provided by StackFast Technologies Inc. ("StackFast," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

ExecuTwin is a Personal Agentic Infrastructure platform that creates AI Executive Twins — digital extensions of your professional identity, expertise, and voice. The service includes brain architecture setup, voice engine calibration, content generation, and multi-platform publishing capabilities.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to content you provide and content generated by your Executive Twin. This includes Brain Data, generated articles, communications, and any derivative works.
Our Platform: The ExecuTwin platform, including its brain architecture, AI pipeline, voice engine, and underlying technology, is the intellectual property of StackFast Technologies Inc.
License Grant: You grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of operating your Executive Twin. This license terminates when you close your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ExecuTwin to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, or that impersonates others without consent. Your Executive Twin must operate within ethical boundaries and applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Subscription & Payments

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StackFast Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, you may request a full export of your Brain Data. We will delete your data within 30 days of termination unless retention is required by law.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
